I don't recall how many blogs I have started over the years, but I'm sure that each one had at least one post about quotes that I liked at the time. Why not continue that tradition?

• "We can do anything we want. This is comedy." -Ian Bagg
  Currently my favorite comedian. This was said in the context of a stand-up performance and how, so long as the audience isn't overly-sensitive, any topic can be made fun of. I think it applies much more broadly. We, humans, really can do anything we want, so long as we accept the consequences. And the consequences are frequently less serious than we imagine, because life is but a comedy.

• "I am not a halfway kind of person." -Forrest Wickman
  Probably not originally by this author, but this is the first time I have seen it, and it resonated with me quite a bit.

• "Anything worth doing is worth overdoing." -Shane Patton, as told by Marcus Luttrell
  I have not read Lone Survivor, and I doubt the quote is original to the book, but cursory research pointed me to this as the source.
